Business Insurance

COMMERCIAL PROPERTY INSURANCE is used to cover any type of commercial property. Commercial property insurance protects commercial property from such perils as fire, theft and natural disaster. Also included is COMMERCIAL LIABILITY INSURANCE , as it protects a company or business owner in the event of a formal lawsuit or other third-party claim.

COMMERCIAL VEHICLE INSURANCE covers a company's use of cars, trucks, vans and other vehicles in the course of carrying out its business. Coverage may include vehicles owned or leased by the company, hired by the company, or employee-owned vehicles used for business purposes.

EQUIPMENT BREAKDOWN INSURANCE provides coverage for physical damage to and financial loss from equipment breakdown. It typically covers the cost of repairing or replacing the damaged equipment, and business losses incurred from the equipment not functioning. This type of insurance can cover a wide range of equipment, including HVAC systems, ovens, boilers and furnaces, refrigeration units, elevators, and office equipment.

UMBRELLA INSURANCE covers or provides extra liability coverage to supplement existing general liability and commercial auto policies. It typically covers payment amounts which exceed the "per occurrence" or "aggregate limit" provided by general liability or commercial auto policies; liability losses which may not be covered under the base policy; where required by contract to protect a customer or another company that the business is performing work on behalf of.
